ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
The Club will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 25 at 1:00 pm. The business of the Meeting includes important business affecting the future of the Golf Club.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will conduct this meeting electronically. There will be no in-person attendance.
The enclosed Information Circular details the procedures required to register for the meeting, assign proxies, and vote on resolutions. Please note that shareholders must register to attend and vote at the meeting. Registration must be received by April 23 at 5:00 pm. Proxies must also be received by the Golf Club by that date and time.
An email will be sent on April 24 to those shareholders who have registered. This email will provide instructions for logging on to the electronic meeting.
