Our club hosts many tournaments throughout the season. Typically, our full shotgun tournaments are on Saturday's, however we can host any size group up to a maximum of 72 players on most days. Need to raise a quick $2500 for your charity or sports team...call us and we can show you how. Our tournament pricing is at a low price point for our convenors, and also won't put pressure on the wallet of your guests. Our clubhouse is available for rent year round. We are licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and have a stocked bar for all occasions. Whether you are hosting a birthday party,shower, or memorial service, we would love to have you. Clubhouse rentals start at $275 depending on the size and scope of the party. We can accommodate up to 150 people in theatre style seating and up to 110 for dinner functions. Do you require a caterer? We can help with that as well. We do host weddings. During the golf season, we only have one main room for functions. This room is shared by golfers, however weddings in the shoulder seasons or off season are totally private depending on the time of season. Because our club is a not for profit, we keep our pricing for the hall rental, accessories and bar at a reasonable levels that are affordable for all of your guests, and those paying for the function. Memorial events or celebrations of life are something we came across by accident. Some of our former members who have passed away decided to forego traditional funeral services, and hold a celebration of life at Big Cedar. Our location offers a lower cost alternative while providing a well manicured golf course as a back drop.
